Autumn Mild at the Streets of Dublin — THOMAS FITZGERALD PHOTOGRAPHY

Since the final vestiges of summer time have now long faded away, my favourite time of the 12 months for photograhy has come. I love Autumn, and unquestionably wintry climate, for taking photos aspect street photograhy, as a result of the light. The low sun proper right here in Ireland creates a gorgeous golden character to the light and as the season turns from Autumn to Wintry climate, and the sun gets lower, you get surprising long deep shadows.

I’ve actually been struggling with Facet street photograhy in recent times. Over the long lockdowns during the height of Covid, I got off form. Moreover, I’ve had problems with my knees in recent times (no longer anything else important, just a biomechanical problem with my gait) and this means that I’m in pain if I walk too long. It’s been very frustrating for me, and it means that I continue to lack the observe I want to do upper. On the other hand I’ve been searching for to get out additional. I recently got some new equipment I wanted to try out, and that was as very good an excuse as any. For the ones, I was using the new (neatly, 2d hand) Sony 16-70mm lens that I had in recent times won. I was moreover taking photos a video for this for my YouTube channel, and for that, I was using a brand spanking new GoPro to replace my earlier one.
